We’re beyond excited to welcome back Chef Jake Bridgwood — aka The Wandering Cook — to The Sail Loft for a very special pasta pop-up this November.With 20+ years in top kitchens, including time with icons Angela Hartnett, Mark Hix, and 10 years as Head Chef at Mitch Tonks’ Seahorse Restaurant, Jake brings his signature style to Dartmouth:
seasonal, simple, soulful Italian-inspired cooking.
Expect fresh, handmade pasta, Brixham seafood, rich Chianti-braised sauces, and those deep autumn flavours we all crave. Perfect November comfort food, cooked by one of the South West’s most respected chefs.
