Guest Chef Event at PURO

Pablo Löhle, head chef at PURO, has made it his mission to invite an outstanding chef he has met during his career to Basel once a year. On one special weekend each year, guests at PURO can enjoy the culinary masterpieces of these chefs. For the second time, Song Lee, a master of modern Asian cuisine, will be wielding his chopsticks at PURO and enchanting guests with his unique creations.

From 28 to 30 May 2026, Song Lee will be cooking in Basel for the second time. Invited by Pablo, he will take over the PURO kitchen for three days.
