LIVE COOKING BY STEFANO ZANINI – RESTAURANT "MOS" DESENZANOIn addition to the usual menu of the Laurin Restaurant, chef Stefano Zanini will present his tasting menu Persone e Territorio (People and Territory), a story of flavours rooted in the culture of Lake Garda, celebratingits biodiversity and close ties with small local producers.
