Join us for a montly in person support group for those experiencing (or curious if something your experiencing is) perimenopause or menopause symptoms. Natropathic Doctor, Daniela Jesin, joins the group to provide support and facilitate the conversation, along with clothing stylist Your Style Doula, Zoe Gridneff-Barfoot.

Entry is free with the option to donate to Guelph Wellington Women in Crisis if financially viable.
