Lace up your sneakers, cause the Guano Run 5K Fun Run is headed your way!!! This 5K race for bat awareness and conservation leads right into an early viewing of the Bat Appreciation Day event right after crossing the finish line! Whether you Guano Run as a solitary bat, or form a colony, join us while supporting Lubee Bat Conservancy’s mission of bat conservation. Walk or run this 5K – all ages are welcome.
Pre-registration required.
The 5K will start and end at Blackadder Brewing Company and will follow 60th Street to 62nd Street where the bulk of the run will take place. For reasons of safety, this route utilizes sidewalks and avoids road crossings.

This isn’t a race against the clock, so feel free to stroll, jog, or sprint at your own speed—whatever makes you happy! If you’re feeling the competitive vibe, go ahead and time yourself, but remember, the Guano Run 5K is all about having a bat-tastic time! 🦇
PARTICIPATION:
Not only are you supporting your health during this charity event, but you’re also supporting the care of the bats at Lubee Bat Conservancy with your run donation.
Lubee Bat Conservancy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and your registration fees are tax deductible.

Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers!

Note this is a sidewalk course. Be mindful of Pedestrians and other runners. The course will be walked prior to race time. Mind any debris that occurs after safety walk.

NOTE: Please leave your pets at home for this event.
