Ready to level up your boundary-setting skills? Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop where we’ll break down what boundaries are (hint: they’re your superpower!) and explore how to use them to create healthier, happier relationships. Through fun, practical activities, you’ll learn how to define your boundaries, respond confidently when they’re tested, and even practice saying “no” in a supportive, judgment-free space. Let’s make boundaries empowering and exciting, while supporting our mission to make healing for all possible!
Donate any amount to register. All donations fund counseling services for Healing for All beneficiaries. All ages are welcome, and minors must be accompanied by a caregiver. There is free parking on-site, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
