GSR–IMADSR Joint Core Transcriptomics Hybrid Workshop

Want to learn how to analyze complex spatial transcriptomics and scRNA-seq datasets without writing Python or R code? Interested in building new collaborations?
Join the Genomics Shared Resource (GSR) and Immune Modeling, Analysis and Diagnostics Shared Resource (IMADSR) Thursday, September 3 for a joint workshop designed for current and future shared resource users and collaborators.
IMADSR staff will provide hands-on instruction in using their user-friendly graphical interface for transcriptomics data analysis. The platform is available at no charge to IMADSR users and collaborators.
The workshop will also include a social event where participants will be randomly paired for a series of five-minute conversations to exchange research interests, discover complementary expertise, and spark potential collaborations.
This workshop features presenters from GSR, IMADSR, 10X Genomics, and Illumina.
Refreshments and giveaways will be available for in-person attendees!
UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center has eight Shared Resources which provide members of the scientific community with advanced equipment and technical expertise to enable peer-reviewed cancer research.
