GSNH 5K Run/ Walk for Nepal

The Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire is proud to host the second annual community-based 5K Walk and Run, a meaningful event created to bring our community together, promote healthy living, and strengthen our bonds through fitness, friendship, and shared purpose. This race welcomes participants of all ages and abilities, encouraging everyone to take positive steps toward a healthier and more connected community.
Starting this year, we are introducing online registration to make the process easier and more efficient. Your $30 registration fee includes a race T-shirt, Bib, healthy snacks, and a food box after the event. Race results will also be available online for participants to view.
As we celebrate health and unity here in New Hampshire, we also stand with our brothers and sisters in Nepal. In light of the devastating recent floods, a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to support Flood Victims in Nepal. Your participation directly contributes to this important cause.
