Growth in the Garden - 2nd Fridays

An Indoor Community Gardening Class is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop where neighbors come together to learn how to grow plants successfully inside—no backyard required. You’ll learn the basics of indoor growing (light, watering, soil, and containers), how to choose easy plants for your space, and simple tips to keep them healthy year-round. It’s a relaxed, welcoming class designed to build confidence and make gardening accessible for apartments, small homes, classrooms, and community spaces.
This class is also about connection: you’ll meet other local growers, swap ideas, and learn practical ways to start (or restart) your indoor garden with what you already have. Expect a mix of quick instruction, live demonstrations, and time for questions so you leave with a clear plan you can actually follow at home.
No experience needed and all materials are provided — come grow with us!
