As a business consultant, I have previously established and grown multiple businesses in the product, services and events industries and become a two times Amazon Best-Selling Author, whilst rasing neurodivergent children and juggling care for my disabled husband. I am on a mission to show passionate people how to start up, grow and scale a business to make money, even when life is unpredictable!

There are four elements you need to pull it off; a growth mindset and energy, an aligned business strategy, the marketing opportunites and the expansive sales skills. This is my bag! I love talking business, in favt I am OBSESSED with business planning and strategy for growth. I am dedicated to teaching passionate people who have a great service to give how to do business properly, do what you love, make money from it and make an impact and support you on the journey of growth.

Growth Activation is a live quarterly day workshop with a talk, networking, Co-Working and real-time business support. We are live in Leeds, with plans to possibly expand.

The event begins with an inspirational talk on a mindset, energetic, strategy or sales topic for focused business growth by Dani Louise Smith, designed to educate you and fire up the momentum to take the actions you have been procrastinating on.

After the talk, we make new connections with a networking session in a relaxed format designed to focus on building relationships, not just gathering contact details.

There is then a catered lunch and opportunity to refresh and break to process your morning and then we return into a Co-Working fornat to take action on any ideas and support you with anything you need in order to 'Build, Optimise, Sell and Scale' your business for growth.
