Grown Up & Me Yoga

Build connection and play. Join me for a grown up and me yoga class. Each class we’ll explore a new theme and craft. We’ll do yoga together, and finish the class with an art project. All supplies are included.
Bring your own mat or use a mat that is provided. In the class we will move together, do fun mindful games, breathwork exercises, positive affirmations, and try new things together. No yoga experience is necessary. Come with an open heart ready to play & explore.
