Glow Yoga at Tap Yard - but make it SPOOKY!
About this Event
We're already in the Halloween spirit & ready to flow with our favorite ghouls! Halloween costumes & other themed attire highly encouraged, but not required. Glow in the dark body paint & other accessories provided!
6pm-6.45pm - Arrive at Tap Yard to grab a drink & get as decorated as you'd like for class
7pm - All levels yoga class. We'll take some time to ground ourselves & breathe before enjoying a yoga practice centered on mobility, awareness & embodiment & then slow things down with some juicy stretches at the end.
8pm - Class ends! Tap Yard will be open for you to grab a drink & hang out as long as you'd like.
