Growing Up Girls : Nutrition and Self Care

This workshop with help start a dialogue on how to nurture a positive relationship with food and body image. This will be a safe environment to inquire, gain insights, and receive encouragement from peers and healthcare professionals. With input from a nutitionist, counsleor and physician, you get to learn alongside your girl in this very impressionalble life stage. We will also enjoy a delicious lunch courtesy of locally owned, Jasmine Kitchen.
