Growing Together: Mother & Daughter Therapeutic Art Workshop

Growing Together is a one-time, 60-minute therapeutic art workshop for mothers, grandmothers, and other maternal figures with daughters (ages 8–11) at Radiant Mind Wellness in Murray, Utah.

Using guided art-making in a warm, supportive setting, this workshop is designed to strengthen connection and open communication between maternal figures and daughters. No art experience needed. All materials provided.

This is a therapeutic art-making experience facilitated by a credentialed art therapy practitioner — not a therapy session. Open to the community.
