Join us this summer for our “Growing Together: Garden Walking Tour” Presented by Afro Van Connect and Black Space Media INC in partnership with the Museum of Vancouver and the Vancouver Maritime Museum.On Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 1pm, we will be facilitating a walking tour that amplifies the history and culture of Afro-Indigenous farmers, their land practices, and culturally relevant foods.
Attendees will be guided through the Kitsilano neighbourhood located on the Westside of Vancouver along the southern shore of English Bay starting at The Museum of Vancouver (MOV) and ending at the Maritime Museum.
