She has led environmental, social, and governance (ESG) departments, as well as designed and delivered diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Her leadership contribution has been recognised in the Financial Times Climate Leaders Listing and various industry awards. Gemma is also an accredited executive coach specialising in inclusive and impact leadership.
