Come join us at our mental health weekend with Dr. Jennifer Jill Schwirzer as we tackle the topic of how to have good mental health and how to support the mental health of those around us.

We focus on parenting/grandparenting, tips and tricks to help us raise our little ones (or not so little ones) without loosing our minds!
