Objectives:
1) Identify: Help couples identify their negative cycle leading them to disconnection.
2) Understand: Help couples understand why these negative cycles happen.
3) Learn: Help couples learn how to get out of those negative cycles and communicate in a way that deepens connection.
This couples workshop is hosted by relationship expert, Elizabeth Hester, LPC & Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. This workshop provides an opportunity for couples to experience a launching pad towards identifying, understanding, and learning about their negative cycles in their communication and how to get out of those negative cycles. This is an opportunity for couples to learn new ways of understanding and communicating with one another to foster a deeper connection together.
