For Y members ages 5-9, participants will explore new topics such as heart health, muscles, joints, the respiratory system, the skeletal system, and brain through discussion, movement, and hands-on activities. This will be on the 1st Thursday of the month from 4:45-5:45pm.In our safe and supportive Youth Development Center environment, kids will jump, stretch, breathe, build, and think their way through activities that help them understand how to care for their bodies.
