Growing Great Tomatoes in Central Florida

Now is a great time of year to start tomato gardening. Not sure on how to begin? What variety to plant? What kind of care is needed to obtain the best results? Just looking for more, better information to help you problem solve? Join a UF/IFAS Extension Polk County Master Gardener Volunteer expert on September 29 at 10 AM at the Lakeland Library to get all the dirt on growing your own delicious tomatoes! Workshop is presented by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and the Lakeland Public Library.
Additional Parking: There is parking behind the Sorosis building next to the library. This building is between the library and First United Methodist Church.

Note: There is no need to print your ticket. Give us your name at the door and we will check you in electronically. We appreciate all who pre-register as well as those who unregister when they discover they are unable to attend.
Cancellation Policy: Programs, workshops, and events are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not registered. Cancellations will be posted on Eventbrite and an email will be sent to registrants.
