Growing Community: Connecting the Past

In this workshop, we will unpack the connections between modern urban gardens and our ancestral past to better understand urban gardening practices of today. We will examine how gardening in the mid-Atlantic has cultural contributions from many regions of the country and how this has influenced garden practices of today.
