This class will cover: determining cut flower “must haves” for beautiful bouquets, assessing your garden’s current successes and challenge, developing a plan to help you stay focused on your goals, collecting and storing seeds and tubers, starting seeds NOW to get a head start next year, and preparing your garden and soil for rest and rejuvenation.
Mary Stueber is the co-owner of 13 Hens Farm with her husband, Ryan. Together they operate an organic vegetable and flower farm in Enumclaw, WA and are parents to 2 (human) kids, 3 llamas, 10 sheep, 11 goats, 30 ducks, 1 cranky emu and wayyy too many chickens. Mary loves growing flowers inspired by her Grandma Nancy’s garden. She believes flowers connect us to our past and each other and hopes to inspire people to get their hands in the soil.
