Emeline de Sloovere: A pioneering and dynamic female winemaker championing environmentally friendly practices within the Champagne region. Renouned for sustainable champagne production. She is a fifth generation family wine producer and has looked after the families 8ha estate.

Vincent Cuillier: An exciting, young winemaker. Creating wines which are terroir focussed, low intervention and biodynamic. His focus on single vineyard sites and bringing out the terroir in his expressions. His minimalistic aproach has seen a change and introduction of agroforestry into some of his vineyards. Becoming incredibly highly rated!

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the event: Tickets can be transferred to another tasting at the same store or used as store credit, valid for 3 months.
