About this Event
Grow Your Sales: Be Customer Obsessed & Overcome What’s Stopping You Selling
You now know what you need to do. The question is…why aren’t you doing it?
Following our first Sales Journey workshop, you’ve identified your sales gaps, created KPIs and built an activity plan. Yet for many business owners, this is where progress stalls. The intention is there, but old habits, self-doubt and limiting beliefs often get in the way.
This interactive group coaching session is designed to help you become the biggest driver of your own sales success.
Together we’ll explore what it really means to become customer obsessed—moving the focus away from selling your product and towards deeply understanding your customers, asking better questions and uncovering the challenges they need solving.
We’ll also hold up the mirror and explore what’s stopping you from consistently taking action.
During the session we’ll cover:
- Why sales is about curiosity, not persuasion.
- How to ask powerful questions that uncover needs, challenges and opportunities.
- Understanding the mindset of high-performing sales professionals.
- Identifying the fears, assumptions and beliefs that hold you back from selling.
- Building confidence to start more conversations and handle rejection positively.
- Breaking old habits and creating new routines that drive consistent sales activity.
- Practical coaching exercises to help you commit to lasting behavioural change.
By the end of the workshop you’ll have a greater understanding of yourself as a business leader, renewed confidence in your ability to sell, and practical techniques to help you stay accountable and follow through on the sales activity you committed to in Session 1.
If you know what you should be doing but find yourself slipping back into old routines, this session is designed for you.
