Grow Your Own Shiitake Mushrooms Workshop Join us for a hands-on workshop and discover the art and science of growing shiitake mushrooms on hardwood logs. This interactive session will guide you through every step of the process, including selecting the right logs, choosing and purchasing spawn, using the proper tools for inoculation, and caring for your logs to ensure successful mushroom production. Participants will gain practical experience and leave with an inoculated shiitake log, along with the knowledge and confidence to start growing their own shiitake logs.
