According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on Oct 10th, we are setting up play dates!

Join us at lululemon Valley Fair for moments of fun, connection and play you wont find anywhere else!

We will be hosting a Grow Together 5K with tons of goodies. Add a nostalgic touch with your best childhood outfit or come dressed up in your favorite Halloween costume.

All paces are welcome! You bring the fun and we'll bring the vibes!
