About this Event

GROW THROUGH WHAT YOU GO THROUGH
Planting Intentions Workshop

Join us for a plant-inspired, reflective workshop where we explore how growth, like planting, takes time, care, and intention. Through guided reflection and a hands-on activity, participants will be invited to slow down, connect inward, and consider what they are ready to nurture in their lives.

This workshop blends mindfulness, intention setting, and experiential learning to support a deeper sense of grounding and trust in your personal journey. Together, we explore how growth is not linear but cyclical, requiring patience, attention, and consistent care.

Topics Covered

The Growth Cycle: How personal growth mirrors plant growth
Barriers to Growth: Identifying what may block or slow our development
Intentional Care Practices: Simple, practical ways to nurture your growth daily

This workshop includes a meaningful hands-on planting activity designed to help participants visually and intentionally connect with their personal growth journey. All planting materials are included in the workshop fee, and participants will also receive additional reflection resources and practical tools to continue nurturing their intentions beyond the workshop experience.
