Grow & Flow: A Nervous System Reset for Dementia Family Caregivers
About this Event
Caregiving requires you to give so much of yourself.
Between appointments, medications, daily responsibilities, and the emotional weight that often comes with dementia caregiving, finding time to pause can feel impossible.
Grow & Flow is the next experience in our Summer of Care series—a season of intentional opportunities for caregivers to rest, reconnect, and care for themselves.
Join Dementia Care Warriors and Dr. April Bee of Raw Honey Wellness for a relaxing and restorative morning designed specifically for dementia family caregivers. Through gentle yoga, mindfulness, and a hands-on plant experience, you'll have an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and refill your cup alongside others who understand the caregiving journey.
No yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are.
