If you have ever wanted to find a support group that understands the emotions and the struggles you are going through, that can make it easier for you perhaps to navigate your life, we insist you grab this opportunity. These group therapy sessions, beginning October will be centred around the theme of GRIEF, and will operate under the expert guidance of a skilled therapist. The program includes eight distinct sessions spread over two months, each addressing a unique aspect of grief. These sessions are priced individually, allowing flexibility to join based on your needs. Sessions schedule- 4th October = Signs & Symptoms of Grief / Is Grief Depression or...? 11th October = Loneliness & Grief 18th October = Secondary Losses 25th October = Life Regrets or a Sense of Shame/Guilt 8th November = Adapting to New Roles 15th November = Loss of Relationships that Could’ve Been 22nd November = Delayed Grief 29th November = Formation of New Relationships with the Deceased
