group therapeutic art journaling for our inner children

here's what to expect if you choose to come to this space! this is an anti-carceral space. you can share anything you want to around your lived experiences without fear of institutionalization or police involvement. i am not a licensed professional. i am a person with lived experience, a peer supporter, and a teaching artist and writer.

in this 1 hour workshop, i'll guide participants through a few journal/collage prompts and we'll talk about the topic of the day's group. the last 20 minutes of the group will be dedicated to sharing out with the group (if you so choose!)

as always, groups are pay what you can, sliding scale -- no one turned away for lack of funds.
