Come rest and relax to the beautiful, soothing sounds of frequency instruments including crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, 26 inch brass gong, chimes and more. I walk you through a guided mediation along with playing the frequency for deep release mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Enter into a journey of self healing and self discovery. Giving your body permission to release what no longer serves you, feel a weight being lifted from your mind, heart, physical body, and energetic body. Rebuild you sense of self, self love, and inner strength.

✨️ What to bring:
🪷Journal for after session, if you'd like to journal your experience.
🪷Water bottle, drinking water after a session is very important to aid in the energy flow and continue the release.
🪷blanket, pillow, or whatever else to make you comfortable. I have cushioned mats to lay on, however, body temperature naturally lowers during mediation, so please bring what makes you comfortable.
