Ready to relax, unwind, and let your stress melt away? Join me for a group sound session! With the frequency guidance of crystal singing bowls, I will walk you through a way to release what no longer serves you. Release what is weighing you down. Release trapped emotions in your body. Feel a weight being lifted off of you and leave feeling calm and relaxed, with a new view point on life.
🙏🏼What to bring: yoga mat/blanket/chair, (one or the other, however you are most comfortable), small pillow or blanket to make yourself more comfortable, (also our body temperature naturally lowers when in a meditative state, so I want you to stay warm 🤗), and a water bottle.
