This session we will be walking through a fully guided visual meditation to balance your Chakra's.
Chakra balancing will help clear any blocks and get your energy wheels spinning properly, allowing the chanels of energy to properly flow throughout your body🌈
Please bring a yoga mat or a chair (get the most benefit if you can completly relax your entire body), water bottle.
Optional: blanket and/or pillow for comfort, journal for after the session.
✨️Body temperature naturally lowers while in a meditative state. Please bring whatever you need to be warm and comfortable during session.
