Join me for a gentle and nourishing group sound healing session designed to support growth, intention, and self-care as we move into the new year.
The Waxing Crescent Moon is a powerful time for nurturing what we wish to grow — building momentum slowly, with care and compassion rather than pressure. This session invites you to soften, reset, and tend to yourself as you plant the seeds for the months ahead.
✨ What to expect:
• Gentle guided meditation to settle the body and mind
• Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to calm the nervous system and restore balance
• Space to reflect, set intentions, and reconnect with self-care
• Deep relaxation in a supportive, peaceful group setting
🧘♀️ What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (wooden floors)
• Pillow (for head or knees)
• Something light to cover you
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
This is a beautiful space to pause, breathe, and gently nurture new beginnings — at your own pace.
