Cost : $35 UA resident, $42 non-resident
There are many ways to use sound and vibration for healing, focus or connection. Samantha uses sound bowls, chimes, her voice and other forms of sound to create layers of sound with the intention of letting go of the stress and anxiety of everyday life. Participants leave the experience feeling lighter, more peaceful and relaxed. Bring a blanket or mat and anything that can help you feel comfortable during the session.
