Sound healing is an ancient practice modernized in our present day with crystal singing bowls, when played they emit a beautiful tone attuned to different frequencies that help to promote relaxation, stress relief, pain relief, anxiety, stuck energy, cellular regeneration and blood flow among many other wonderful benefits.
