��������������Sleep or lack of sleep is something we talk a lot about during all of our weekly sessions .
That may be because little ones have stopped sleeping as well or maybe your not quiet sure where to start with putting a bedtime routine together!
I’ve had so many enquiries for sleep support since coming back from holiday, so here is a group session where we will cover the following:
REM cycles
Sleep associations
A good sleep routine
The session will be held in our main studio in Aston on Friday 12th September 1.30-2.30pm
£20 per family paid on booking and children are welcome o come along.
This is a session for parents of all ages children not only babies.
Places are very limited so please don’t hesitate to drop me a message to reserve a space.
