📍 Meet at the Lake – Boathouse area
Join us for the first Inner Warrior Runners Group Run as we kick off training together for the Pittsburgh Races!
We’ll start by running around the lake — half of the group will go clockwise, and the other half counter-clockwise so that we can cross paths and encourage each other along the way.
This month’s run:
• ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes
• Each month, we’ll add a little more time for those training toward the full marathon.
👟 Kids welcome! Bring the whole family to cheer, run, or walk.
🥗 Plan for lunch after at the Boathouse — a great time to connect, refuel, and celebrate our first run together.
