Join Reiki Master-Teacher, Rev. Krista McKeon, every second Monday from 7-8pm for an hour reprieve from the world's demands to focus on the situation(s) or area(s) of life you would like her powerful Reiki energies to be put towards.
At the start of this healing ceremony, Krista will have you write down your intentions not only to make them physical, real and focused, but also for her to tap into the energies that each participant will need (she will NOT be reading them). At the end of the ceremony, she will burn the papers for a final release.
Bring your yoga mat, blankets, and pillows to lie or sit comfortably on the floor. If you are unable to participate on the floor or need a chair for any reason, please let us know ahead of time to accommodate your needs. And finally, don't forget to bring your intentions for this monthly energy recharge.
