Surrounded by like-minded souls, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports healing on every level - mind, body and spirit. Perfect for anyone seeking peace, connection, and a gentle reset. Doors open 10 minutes before we start, to allow time for you to settle in and find your space.
Note: Children over the age of 10 are welcome to join their parents in this space and can find an event like this very beneficial but must have their own ticket.
You need to bring: Yoga mat Pillow Blanket
Water Bottle Pillow for under your knees(optional) Journal and pen for after (option)
