You'll rotate through stations using a variety of equipment, including Pilates machines, dumbbells, BOSUs, foam rollers, bands, stability balls, and more. Each session is designed to challenge your entire body, boost endurance, and improve flexibility, all while keeping the energy high and the workouts engaging. Whether you're new to working out or a seasoned pro, this class offers something for everyone. With a maximum of 4 participants, you'll receive individualized attention without the personal training price tag.
