Wanting to get healthier, fitter, and build a community? Come train with us at our Group Personal Training classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.The workouts are located at my full equipped home garage gym. Highlight equipment includes, Peloton Tread, Peloton Bike, multiple TRX Suspension Trainers, and multiple full weight stacks.
Drop in fee is $25/person. Monthly packages are available and include a discount.
