This meditative experience will help you learn from your positive past life experiences, so you can remember and integrate. Terry's gentle hypnotherapy techniques help you to connect to your subconscious mind as you release anxieties and melt into a puddle of flow.

Whether you're new to the world of hypnotherapy and past lives, or have experienced this work before, this event is the perfect environment for you to explore past life regressions in a relaxed small group setting.

Participants are asked to bring a small blanket for settling into a relaxed, meditative experience in our zero gravity, lie-back chairs.

Terry will lead the group in an exploratory conversation prior to the session beginning, where you'll anchor into a happy place in your life that will keep you grounded and at ease throughout the class.

Then Terry will lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, so you can connect into the subconscious mind in order to engage memories of past lives.

Following the session, there will be time for reflection and discussion as well as recording any experiences you'd like to jot down—we recommend bringing a journal for this purpose!

Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A RN with nearly 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Now, Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.

Past life regression is one of the most effective ways to access and explore past lives to receive greater wisdom and healing into your current life, patterns and cycles, and relationships. It is facilitated in a guided and gentle form of hypnosis that allows clients to visit their previous lives from the context of an observer. It can also be a window to explain gifts that one possesses and the greater purpose of this life.

You'll leave this intentional group experience feeling more aware of your own inner resources and gifts, with perspectives that help you feel more alive and at peace in your day-to-day.
