How To Prepare:

• Wear loose comfortable clothing you will be lying down for most of the session.
• Please don’t take any alcohol or drugs of any kind the day of or the day before the session as this will interfere with your ability to go into hypnosis. Try and have a quiet day before you arrive the more relaxed you are the more that you will get out of the session.
• Have a notebook and pen handy to record what you experience it's like a dream it disappears very quickly so it helps to take a lot of notes immediately afterwards.
