I’m hosting free mobility and nutrition workshops every Saturday and Sunday throughout the spring and summer, weather permitting, at the Bethel High School track. We’ll learn some movements that will enhance longevity and talk a little about holistic nutrition.
This meetup will be great for anyone with chronic joint pain looking for alternative solutions or just people looking for a family friendly activity and a reason to get outdoors!
