Meditation is the basis of the teachings of Self-Realization Fellowship. There is strength in numbers, and there is great benefit in meditating with other devotees. This is a special way to tune in with God and the Great Ones.Our group three-hour meditation starts at 5:30 pm with 20 minute energization exercises. For those who wish to participate but that cannot stay for the entire duration, please come at the beginning of the session.
