This calming Group Hypnotic Relaxation session is designed to help quiet busy minds, ease stress and restore a sense of calm and balance. Using guided relaxation, gentle hypnosis and solution focused techniques, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state designed to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation and better sleep.
No previous experience with hypnosis is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself time to unwind in a safe and welcoming environment.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally tired, stressed or simply in need of some restorative time for themselves.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat, blanket and pillow for comfort
• Water
• Warm, comfortable clothing
