Hello I’m Claire, a Hypnotherapist from the UK. I work online in Bristol and Harley street, London.

I am visiting New York in June and would love to share the power of the mind with you in this beautiful city.

What to expect?

This session will be based around the importance of a healthy self-esteem.

I will share with you some of the common problems associated with Low self-esteem and why it can cause generalised anxiety.

Followed by a group hypnotherapy session for self esteem and confidence.

You will walk away relaxed, confident, experiance better sleep with a feeling of happiness.

If you haven’t tried Hypnotherapy before, this free taster session will empower you!

• Not everyone will slip into Hypnosis during a group session but please remain still until the end.

• This session is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy or a heart condition.

• A few pictures will be taken for marketing.
