Our solos guided walking holiday introduces you to this spectacular countryside.
On this holiday , we explore “secret” places of the southern lake district, away from the madding crowds.
Our guided walking for solos programme is designed to give the walker the best of this fabulous country – and we have chosen some fabulous walks for you – walking in the natural beauty of the Lake District.
We walk on the first afternoon, then four more days. We generally take a packed lunch.
This holiday is run by local guides who have a vast knowledge of this beautiful area. We stay at the Newby Bridge Hotel near the edge of Lake Windermere
Walking is moderate, some ascending and descending – there are hills and lovely valleys after all, and you should be walking fit.
