This will be a guided group meditation infused with reiki and other energy work guiding us into the Akasha to clear your own blocks regarding traumas your own, generational, and any others. Clearing things from every lifetime, timeline, and dimension inducing relaxation, stress reduction, and the release of trapped emotions potentially aiding in trauma healing by encouraging a return to a state of balance and well being
Hello Nutrition is hosting this Guided meditation and Reiki on Thursday April 17th from 630pm to 830pm. It may not last the full 2 hrs depending on the number of people who attend.
Space is limited to 15 people and cost is $20 each so please RSVP to Songbird Energy Works/Sabrina either through fb messenger or (405)-651-8103. Text is the fast and easiest way to book.
For your comfort you may want to bring a yoga mat, water, small cushion/pillow, and blanket as we set on the floor. There will be some chairs available for those with difficulties getting on/off the floor. You'll want to wear comfy clothes you can move and relax in. I do not have extra mats/comfort supplies.
